These terms govern your use of Explavio ("the Service"), which turns screen recordings into narrated tutorial videos. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Your content
You keep all ownership of the recordings you upload and the videos Explavio generates from them. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or contains other people's personal data without their consent.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to create misleading, deceptive or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
4. AI-generated output
Scripts and voiceovers are generated by third-party AI models. Output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish or rely on it.
5. Plans and billing
A free plan is available. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Availability
Explavio is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. The Service is early-stage software.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explavio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
